Musclemania® India Junior Brandon Michael Lee says he's focused on MM Asia next season. "I need to grow and bring a new physique if I want to compete internationally," he explains. "Currently I'm training for strength and symmetry. Hypertrophy is a by product of strength training so lifting heavy is what I'm focusing on with proper form. For symmetry I try to train every muscle group. Its very important to train every muscle group for proper symmetry."
