Calisthenic athlete and supreme yogist Shaphrang Syiemlieh makes bodybuilding training part of his regimen. The 5'7", 67 kgs,, 24 year old explains, "I train a totally balance routine with each body part once a week but double up on biceps because they need extra work for symmetry. My diet is flex 1,900 calories a day."

Shaphrang has a Masters degree in Sports Science and is a popular coach and trainer.
