Musclemania® India Heavyweight Suhan Khan dominated his class last year. Now the 6'2", 230 lbs., Mangalore hotelier is working on his legs, focused on symmetry and generally gaining more muscle to his tall frame. Suhan says, "I eat up to 5000 calories a day splitting my meals into 8 per day. My diet consists of protein, carbs and dietary fat. I start my day with a cardio and I mix up my training with super sets giant sets and compound sets doing full range of motion. I keep my bodyfat percentage at 10% during my off season." Suhan will be on stage again in Mumbai.
