Supernatty Mohmmad Iqbal says meals make a physique. The 5'7", 62 kgs., 27 year old explains, "I usually eat every 3 hours with 5 to 6 meals everyday. I start with 1 scoop of whey as soon as I wake up, then 10egg whites and oats and some berries. My 2nd meal of day are fresh green vegetable juices. The 3rd meal is lunch with chicken rice and curd. For pre-workout again I take eggs whites and a half boiled potato, whey protein. The post-workout is 2 scoops of whey and some carbs. For dinner I just have chicken curd and green salad. All super clean and lean!"
