Training heavy in mass mode, Shivam Mahajan explains, "I like high volume, more sets and reps to break the plateau and maximize muscle growth." At 5’10", 80 kgs, 11%, 27 years old, and lifetime natural, his diet is balanced and practical. "I have increased more complex carbs with oats and brown bread along with a chicken, 15 eggs, 500 g potato, 400 g rice and dry fruits."

Shivam wants to develop to 90 kgs and will then take the Musclemania® stage next season.
