Indian natural bodybuilder Gopal Dayma maybe be blessed with crazy genetics, but the 5'7", 168 lbs., 21 year old is training to maximize it all. "I train in every workout until my muscle scream at me!," he asserts. Here's Gopal's back routine:
- Pull-ups and Weighted Pull-Ups, 50 reps
- Barbell Deadlifts, 5 sets of 10-15 reps, the Drop Sets 15-25 reps
- Lat Pulldowns, 5 sets of 12-15 reps, then Drop Sets 15-25 reps
- Back Hyper Extension, 5 sets of 12-15 reps, then Drop Sets 15-25 reps
