With a Bachelors degree in Commerce and fitness know-how, Harry Yadav has developed a success training enterprise. The 6'1", 90 kgs., 24 year old, natural athletes started bodybuilding 7 years ago. "My training and nutrition has evolved," Harry explains. "Usually I workout 6 days in a week. Now days I'm doing double body part workouts. And I am non-vegetarian, so usually I take protein from chicken breast, fish and egg whites. I take carbs from oats, rice and sweet potatoes. Some salad and some dry fruits for good fat."
