Musclemania® Universe Junior Dheeraj Selvaraj in bigger days is back training and in restoration mode. The 5'8", 21 year old is looking to being a new physique to the stage next season.
"I'm back in the gym every day and my condition is already retro!," says Musclemania® India Physique Junior Champion Rudra Choundhary. The 5'6", 75 kgs., 22 year old continues, "I'm changing my diet now adding more protein and carbs for energy and muscle growth."
"Since getting back to the gym, my focus has been getting back into shape," says Musclemania® India Junior Finalist Milind Iyer. "But, what is surprising me is how much lean mass I am keeping in the process. I thought i would loose all of the weight I gained sitting at home for 6 months. But, I think because I was active throughout the time, I actually continued to gain muscle!" At 5'11", 90 kgs, 20 years old, Milind says he's aiming to bring a totally new physique to the stage next season.
Musclemania® India Physique Junior Champion Rudra Choundhary is back in the grind! The 5'6", 75 kgs., 22 year old says he quit his university studies this year to make bodybuilding his passion and career. "My parents are quite upset about my decision, so now I must show them I made the right decision for my life," Rudra says.
"Practicing everyday, working hard for my goals even when the circumstances are against me," says Musclemania® Junior Champion. "Just because I believe in myself, maybe I'm not the best yet. But I know for sure that one day I'm gonna be!"
Musclemania® Hyderabad Junior Haseeb Khan HK says, "Someone told me I needed bigger arms if I wanted to win a show. Well, game on and guns are coming!" The 5'10", 82 kgs., 22 year old, university student says he will make his way back to MM this season.
Musclemania® India Classic Champion Yas Al says, "If you really want to perfect your body to be sustainable, guard your mind. If you would renew your body, beautify your mind. Thoughts of malice, envy, disappointment, and despondency rob the body of its health and grace. A sour face does not come by chance. It is made by sour thoughts. Wrinkles that mar are drawn by folly, passion, pride."
Umer Rashid continues a super clean bulk which getting leaner for competition. The 5'10", 90 kgs., natural explains, "As my condition gets tighter, my muscle size is getting bigger which is blowing my mind! I am surprised but not going to change anything. This will be my diet plan through the show."
New Delhi coach and trainer Yash Sharma has been focused on his own physique this season. The 5'7", 178 lbs., 22 year old was powerlifting for many years before cleaning up his diet, condition and working on symmetry a year ago. "I got tired of the bulky, smooth look and started working on shape and symmetry," Yash explains. Currently, he training for Musclemania® India, his first show.
