Mumbai bodybuilder Sameer Sayyed is training for his Musclemania® India debut. The 5'6", 73 kgs, 26 year old explains, "I'm eating complex carbohydrates, lean protein, healthy fats and veggies. I do 1 week of zero cabs, then the 2nd week of high carbs for 2 days and finish with 5 days of low carbs. This carb cycling works well in keeping me tight as I grow lean to the show in 5 months."
