After competing at Musclemania® America in Las Vegas last season, Mazher Hamlaani says he's back into training. The 5'8", 175 lbs., MM India Physique explains, "I've started training myself 6 days a week repeating each muscle group twice a week. With at least 2 variations in a workout, I take heavy weights and rest of the variations I do moderate weights. I have made changes in my nutrition as well including carb loading cycle of high and low carbs and no carb days. This nutrition change is helping me with the lean bulk in great conditioned."
