Chennai computer application student Subash Solomon is training for his first Musclemania® show this season. The 5'5", 60 kgs., 21 year old junior has been training only 2.5 years but has mastered his routine and diet. Subash explains, "I break my training into weekly format including Week 1 - circuit workouts; Week 2 are strength workouts; Week 3 is muscle building; Week 4 fat loss and cardio. I know its really different from most routines, but it works for me. My diet is broken in weekly format, too, including Week 1 muscle building diet; Week 2 fat loss diet; Week 3 keto diet plan with no carbs."
