Musclemania® Delhi Champion Bransley Nongkynrih and fun mate Priya Khyriem are on their own training trajectory. Bransley says, "I'm currently in bulking phase while my better half is in maintenance phase. I am currently consuming 4,300 calories a day while Priya is on 1,800. I train 5 days x week and my current split is 2 days of Power Session and 3 days of Pull, Push and Leg session. Priya trains only 4 days x week; Pull, Push and 2 Leg sessions within the week."

Bransley says he's training for a new, massive physique for next season.
